There was a break in the weather last weekend, and we decided to seize the moment, buy some sausages and head off to Tatton park with the camping stove to do our version of a cook-out.
Hilarity ensued as we got part way down the M56 and realised we had forgotten the pan...hmmm....so we set off to buy another one, and thought we'd chance putting upon a colleagues good nature by stopping by at her house and borrowing one.

We took a friend, played in the woods, had a sausage butties, played on the play ground and had a lovely time.

It was fairly empty in the barbecue area, but the rangers waved cheerily as they went past.
