Bank holiday Monday and what to do? There will be crowds and queues and nowhere to park. Plus I really feel like a nap would be nice.
However. We decided to go to Crosby, to see the statues, play on the beach and have some chips/ice cream.
Mission accomplished. No queues, a parking space, quiet drive there, beautiful sunshine. Very reasonable catering arrangements and everyone loved it.
A sometime blog about what we do, where we go and how we feel about it all. With pictures.

Wild thoughts
We have been here a few times, but we didn't have the dog.
It was lovely to rediscover the beaches and try some new, dog friendly days out.
It was very windy, and we managed to see the perseid meteor shower, well some if us did.
Lovely days.
