I've waited here for you.
We've never been to Northumberland in August before, we got a last minute house to stay in and off we went.
It was a good week, and it is a great place to visit. We did a few revisits and managed a few new places. Excellent.
Breathe out.
Although I love the seaside, and it was amazing to stay in a village on the coast, we also went to do upland stuff.
Some research showed a stone circle at Duddo and on the rainy day we revisited Chillingham which is a fab castle and benfits nicely from never having been in the hands of the National Trust.
