Beautiful day, off to the conference centre to attend Comic con. Difficult to explain what it was all like, we had a great time, and saw somethings likely to stay with us forever. Plans are being formed to attend in Cosplay next year. Hilarious watching the graduates in their caps and gowns trying to dodge having storm troppers in the backs of their pictures.
Encouraged by my friend Roz, I took part in the Maqnchester Midnight walk this year. It was a great experience, dodging drunks as we completed the home stretch down Oxford Road was less fun, but all in all a grand night out. Raised about two hundred pounds for a very worthy cause, the local haospice.
