Cheques you signed with love and kisses
No steam train to see father Christmas this year, instead we had fun times visiting this exhibition at city art gallery and then we went to the Royal Exchange theatre to see 'Rats Tales' which was excellent.
Cultural outing of the bestest kind.
Live your life on credit
Let's reflect on Christmas. It had some wonderful bits, but generally it all seems to get out of hand, so it's good to make an escape and get outside for some peace and quiet.
Sadly tech addicted offspring can find that painful, but there we go, family life is all about sharing the pain.
These are the very brief interludes where it more or less stopped raining.
