Sitting here vibrating

We join the YHA, and decided to go on an adventure. So we booked to stay at the hostel in Kettlewell, so that we could visit Bolton Castle. Mission accomplished. It rained. A lot. But we managed to have a fantastic time despite that. We visited Skipton, enjoyed the village of Kettlewell, had a good time at Bolton Castle and then came home.

Poker Face

The Jubilee Weekend has been a mixture of shared and semi shared outings. We went to Wigan for a meal out with everyone, later Lisa and Ian had their baby, Leon. Very exciting.

There were also trips out with first born as the little one was playing with her friend.

The sun shone and we played out.

Our lovely cousin/nephew had his birthday on Sunday and rather wisely had a birthday at home with 'a finger buffet'. 20 relatives massed at their lovely house and after we walked the dog we very much enjoyed hanging out and eating lovely triangle sandwiches. The man knows how to celebrate.
